Okay so I took a huge break from this blogging stuff. I am not what you consider an avid blogger! lol I really wish I hadn't cause so much has happened since January! So let's get started....I now have a 5th grader and a 2nd grader and a brand new little man. Charles Asher David Barnhart was born @ 2:34 pm on Aug. 30, 2012...on his due date..how awesome is that!?!? He weighed 7lbs 8oz and was 20" long. Pretty awesome for my family! We were praying for that date. For those of you that don't know, my dad passed away on April 13 of this year, a day after we found out we were having a BOY, a new grandson for him. So now that date brought greater meaning to us and made us want that date even more. And so it was. :) I truly believe that my dad and my Heavenly Father had a hand in Charlie arriving on that exact date. He was healthy and happy and we were so in love! Oh yeah and his name, it's special too! Charles after my dad, Asher means happiness, and David after my uncle, my dad's brother. There was no better name! :)
Now our little man is a little over 2 months old and weighs 12lbs 2.4oz and is 24.5" long. He is definitely a growing boy! haha He is super happy, smiling all the time and just learning to laugh. He is such a little blessing from Heaven! Needless to say, I have been practicing my photography skills on him. Here is our little bundle that just melts our hearts....
And here are some other photo's that have been taken in between January and now....
